About the band

Pictures In Mono approaches music as a kind of photography: a way of capturing a feeling, a place, or a moment that is difficult to put into words.

Rooted in the exploratory spirit of 1970s progressive and psychedelic rock, the music follows atmosphere as much as structure. Guitars, bass and synthesizers build a world that can feel intimate one moment and far away the next.

The first releases, Best Of Both Worlds and Times Immemorial, introduced that world in 2025. Chrysalis followed in 2026 as the first release by the trio of Fran Pećnjak, Lucija Kiš and Marko Kozmar.
